1. Contest Organizer

The draw is organized by the Ronald Denis M.D. Foundation (hereinafter “the Foundation”) for the purpose of funding its philanthropic activities in support of innovative medical approaches, particularly those related to obesity and men’s health.

2. Description of the Draw

The draw will take place on January 26, 2026, live on the official social media channels of the Ronald Denis M.D. Foundation.

The contest is authorized within the province of Quebec only.

3. Eligibility

To participate, individuals must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase;
• Be located within the province of Quebec at the time of purchase;
• Purchase an electronic ticket sold exclusively online through the Zeffy platform.

Members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, their spouses, or individuals residing at the same address are not eligible to participate in the draw.

4. Tickets and Prize

• Ticket price: $25
• Estimated number of available tickets: 800
• Total value of the prize offered: $20,000
• Type of prize: an original artwork that served as the model for the creation of the Foundation’s 2025 Christmas ornaments.

Each ticket purchased grants one (1) entry into the draw.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and do not qualify for a tax receipt.

5. Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will be conducted on January 26, 2026, under the supervision of a representative appointed by the Foundation, live on the Foundation’s official social media platforms.

The holder of the winning ticket will receive the prize described above.

6. Prize Claim Process

The winner will be contacted by phone or email within a maximum of 72 hours following the draw.

To claim the prize, the winner must:

• Present valid government-issued photo identification;
• Provide proof of purchase of the electronic ticket;
• Sign a prize acceptance form.

The prize must be claimed within 45 days of the draw; otherwise, the Foundation reserves the right to dispose of it at its discretion, including for another fundraising activity.

7. General Conditions

The prize is non-cashable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Foundation, without compensation, to use his name, photo, city of residence, and/or any statement related to the draw for advertising or promotional purposes.

Any situation not covered by these rules will be ruled upon by the Foundation and, if applicable, submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, whose decision will be final.
