Golf Tournament 2025

The Ronald-Denis Foundation is proud to announce that its annual golf tournament, held on September 22, 2025, at the Laval-sur-le-Lac Golf Club, raised $350,000 to purchase new medical equipment. This generous contribution will help improve care for men suffering from benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), a common condition that affects the quality of life of many men.

Thanks to the generosity of our participants and sponsors, we are proud to announce that the Ronald-Denis Foundation has reached its fundraising goal to acquire the Piranha morcellator. This device will be made available to urologists across the Greater Montreal area, allowing them to offer cutting-edge treatments to patients awaiting surgery for prostate hypertrophy. This technology will be used to perform less invasive prostate procedures, which will significantly reduce wait lists and allow patients to receive these treatments at no additional cost.

This new machine offers major benefits for patients:

Faster recovery: Most patients will be able to go home on the day of the operation.
Less bleeding and fewer complications: The surgery is gentler on the body.
Shorter wait times: More men will be able to receive treatment quickly.

An annual golf tournament to facilitate access to surgical care

For the last fifteen years , the Ronald-Denis Foundation has been organizing a golf tournament every year at the Laval-sur-le-Lac Club. Beyond the pleasure of spending a Monday of September playing golf, this fundraising event allows the Foundation to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars that can be invested for the benefit of our patients or individuals in need of its support.
